Resurrecting B23-7 1928
My model of Conrail B23-7 1928 had a frame that “disintegrated”, and I finally got around to replacing it.

1913 is an almost stock Atlas B23-7. Conrail’s beaten 23s mostly worked in New York and New England, however, they did occasionally venture south, and so I wanted a model of one.
